In the left hand menu in the Admin Panel, click on Sites and then on click Create new. When creating a new site, fill in the following information:
- Name (mandatory field) – Fill in the name of your site.
- Visiting address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Latitude and Longitude – Get this information from Google Maps for instance.
Upload documents related to your site, for instance work routines. These documents can then be opened in the app for quick and easy access.
Assign Google maps to your site
You can add a map to your site by adding the coordinates of your site from Google Maps.
Edit a site
You can edit a site by clicking on the Edit-button when you have opened the site you wish to edit.
