You can upload documents to CheckProof, and users can view these documents in the app. Keep in mind that the users smartphones file handling is limited compared to a computer. Therefore we recommend uploading PDF-files instead of Word/Pages-documents.

Documents available for all users in your company
In the left hand menu under Documents you can upload documents that are available to all users under your company account in the CheckProof app. The user can access these documents in the app, by pressing on Info and then on the Company-button. Keep in mind that all users can view these documents.

Documents assigned to a site
You can upload documents assigned to a specific site. Navigate to the site, click on the Edit-button and then click on the Document-tab. The user can find these documents in the app by pressing the Info-button and then pressing on Site under the Document-heading and choosing a specific site.

Documents assigned to a unit or round
In the same manner you upload document to a site, you can upload documents to a unit or round. Navigate to the unit or round, click on the Edit-button and then click on the Document-tab. The user can find these documents in the app by pressing on Unit/Round and then choosing a unit or round and then scroll down to the bottom of the page where documents are displayed.

Attach documents to a deviation or service
Documents can be attached to a deviation or a service. When you have opened a deviation or service in the Admin Panel you can upload documents under the Document-tab. The user can find the documents in the app by opening the deviation or service and look in the history log.

Assign documents to fluid types
Assign a safety data sheet or other types of documents to your different fluid types. Click on Fluids in the left-hand menu and then click on the Add document link under the fluid of your choice. You can assign one document per fluid. The user can view the documents in the app by pressing on Info and then on Fluids, after which all the different fluids are displayed.
