Export to PDF and Excel

Site/Section
From a site/section you can export performed checks, all deviations/active deviations, fluid refills, and services performed. Service and fluid refills can only be obtained in Excel format. You will find the Export-button in the lower right corner after you have opened a site/section.

Unit/Rond
From a unit/round you can export performed checks, all deviations/active deviations, fluid refills, and services performed. Services and fluid refills can only be obtained in Excel format and there are fluid refills on rounds. You will find the Export-button in the lower right corner after you have opened a unit/round.

Check/deviation
A check/deviation that you've opened can be exported to PDF, you will find the Export to PDF-button at the top right.
If you want a compilation of several checks / deviations, you can export these to Excel from either Executed controls or Deviations in the left menu.

Incident
You can export an incident to PDF by opening it, you find the Export-button at the top right.
If you want a summary of several incidents, you can export them to Excel by going to Incidents in the left-hand menu and then click Export at the top right.

Other
It is also possible to export all users, rounds and units to Excel. You do this by going to Users, Rounds or Units in the left-hand menu and then clicking on the Export-button at the top right.

Think of ...
It can take up to 30 minutes before the report is sent to your mail. If no mail arrives, it is because there is too much data in the report, then you have to shorten the date range and try again.
