On each checklist, you can decide who should be able to see and edit it.
Administrators can view and edit all checklists at the company, but for managers and observers, it is possible to set who should see what. An observer can only have read permissions, while a manager can have both read and write permissions.
To set permissions on a checklist, click checklists in the left menu, hover over the checklist you want to set permissions on and click settings visible on the right of the same line. Then tick who should be able to see and edit the checklist, finish by clicking save.
To be able to edit a checklist, you must have the write permission, otherwise, you can only see how the checklist is structured.
