Choose the responsible
Add a responsible person to each workplace and department, which means that you do not have to appoint a responsible person during the Complete step when investigating an incident. Email is sent and automatically to the person responsible as soon as an incident is reported.
Under Notifications, you can add users or external e-mail addresses to be informed by e-mail. This can be when an incident is created, changed and clearly marked within specific categories and at individual sites/sections.
Each incident must be linked to at least one category. Categories make it possible to filter incidents. Under the Categories tab, you create the categories and subcategories that can be used.
Lost Time Injury (LTI)
LTI (Lost Time Injury) is a standard for measuring the number of site accidents in relation to the number of hours worked by employees. Here, site accidents with the absence of> 1 day are counted. The calculation of LTI takes place by the system multiplying the number of events that have more than 1 day of absence by 1,000,000 and then dividing this by the number of hours.
