By setting unique permissions you can limit a users access to certain sites. You can set permissions in two different ways – either by editing a user and then check or uncheck permissions to read and/or write for specific sites or you can edit a site and check or uncheck read and/or edit permissions for specific users.

It is also possible to specify which checklists are accessible to certain users. You can edit these permissions under the settings for the chosen checklist. You can also make checklist read-only for certain users (managers and observers), which means that they can only see the checklist but not change anything in the checklist.

The Administrator
Have in mind that the user with administrator privileges always has full access to everything in CheckProof for your company accounts. You cannot change any settings or make anything unavailable to an administrator. If certain restrictions are needed for the particular user then create a new user of the type manager.
