Sometimes we need to clarify the difference between a unit and a round to our clients.

Unit

A unit is in short something you can touch, for example a machine, a piece of equipment etc. A unit has more information assigned to it than a round. You can choose to show data like fuel efficiency and reported mileage on your unit. You can also set service intervals, add articles from the article database when a deviation occurs and refill fluids.

Round

A round is the exact opposite of unit, it is something you cannot touch. It can be a risk assessment, safety inspection or something that needs to be checked by performing a round.
