To report a deviation during an ongoing check, press the yellow button and select the deviation cause. A deviation cause can have a predetermined heading for the deviation that will be created or you will have the opportunity to specify a heading, depending on what is selected in the checklist. On the deviation, you can write a description, add a comment, take a picture and set a due date.
