You can share performed checks, reported deviations, incidents, inspections & certificates, and services performed with users and external email addresses. You do this by opening eg a deviation and up in the right corner click on Share. Now choose either user in CheckProof or add email address and click on Add. You can add multiple users and/or email addresses before you finish by clicking on Share.
