You can set a CheckProof user or an external email address to be notified on devices and rounds when:

  • A deviation is created.

  • A check has been performed.

  • An inspection or certificate is approaching the execution date.

  • A service is approaching the execution date.

Enter the device or round to which you want to set notifications, click the Edit button, and then go to the Notifications tab. Select user / group or enter email address and click Add.

For deviations and performed checks, you can also set whether email should be sent directly, a summary once a day or a summary once a week.
